Over the past two decades, Debbie has grown her career at FIBA/FinnCo from an administrative position to a leadership role as Inside Sales/Customer Service Manager.

Her journey reflects not only her deep knowledge of our business, but also her strong work ethic and commitment to support both our customers and our team. Debbie consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, making her a trusted resource across the organization. 

“Well, I’m a customer service girl. Getting the best for our customers is my goal. I try and do my best,” she says. Her dedication, experience, and positive attitude truly represent what FinnCo stands for.
